How can I tell if I've been drugged, or if I'm just being paranoid? Is there a test I can administer to myself? I feel weird but it could be the anxiety...is it possible to be strongly affected by the smell of drug smoke from another room, even if no actual 'smoke'j is coming through the vent?

You can get high from second hand smoke of marijuana, meth and cocaine. However, you will not get the same high as those who are actually smoking the drug. What you will feel will depend on the drug that is being smoked. Meth can make you feel paranoid and hyper. Coke can make your heart race. Weed can do some paranoi, but for most it mellows out people. I am not aware of a test you can give yourself. Most urine tests are not sold to nonmedical personnel, although I am sure you can find some being sold somewhere.

ok....think about what you said.
Can you be "affected by the SMELL" yet "no smoke" has came in.
Then how did you smell it?
If someone doesn't smoke (guessing pot here), and smells it, this is a 2nd hand buzz. Like 2nd hand cig. smoke but this you get a buzz from.
Then add in the fact if you haven't or don't smoke, and you got a good whiff of it, and are now feeling the effects of it some....then you are 1000% paranoid with anxiety.
Someone drugged you.....LOL.....good one....next you'll ask if the pink elephants can dance and sing or just sing.

Anxiety can produce that paranoid feeling. I'd put money on it.
But yes there are drug tests you can buy:

I think that you have "anxiety" and you probaly need to get checked for phycological problems.
