I want to know what kind of bacteria am I killing when I clean, if I don't get it I really don't do it

I am not conform just with that I would need the risks of the micororganism, I mean what disease could I contract.
Please, if there is any site or anything, help me win this battle to this Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
