it's okay to have the crush, but wouldn't act on it. even though it's your friend's ex, i bet she would not be happy to know about it.

did you have a crush on him b/4. if so, then you are not a bad person. but if you didn't then maybe the fact that he's single makes you attracted to him. you get to look at him more than just your friend's boyfriend when they were together. if your friend is a good friend of yours then let it go. your friend will be hurt and you guys will no longer be friends. if your friend is more of an aquaintance then take your chances with him b/c if she were in your position she'd do the same thing.
