does it turn you off if a guy comes up and talk to you with a heavy accent in English? and On the other side he is a fine handsome man?

Do you mean he speaks in English with a heavy accent, or has a heavy English accent? Either way it probably wouldn't affect me (especially if he was a fine handsome man)...
