What you're asking for is a theodicy. A theodicy is a 'vindication of God's goodness and justice in the face of the existence of evil.' There is no satisfying answer to your question because there is no theodicy that works, not even the popular "free will" one.
God is supposed to be all powerful and all knowing. This means he could have created a world with absolutely no evil, suffering, pain, or harm whatsoever. Because suffering obviously exists, we can come to one of the following conclusions:
1. God is evil/immoral/doesn't care
2. God doesn't exist
3. God does not have the power to stop evil (which means he's not god, which means god doesn't exist)

Cultures without a monotheistic beliefs also have these issues. It's simple-because there is no God. The fact that most of the population here in the most modern society believes so is another testament of how much farther we must come in our intellectual developement as a species. Think of it on a scale of 1 to 10. 1 was when cavemen thought fire was magical, now we're on 2, 2.3 maybe. It's sad I won't live to see it rise to a 3.

Because people disobey God's Word. They must not read it. To read it and obey it is really bad.When God created Adam He created Him out of Himself,LOVE. He breathed life into Him. The Bible is God's breath. Inhale it and you will have life. Real life. Obey it and God will take your mess and make it bless you. He will make something good out of every bad situation. He does for me..Blame the devil,not God. God said "Love Him, love others, do not kill...God is faithful. He will not fail you..He has never failed me. He can't..God is LOVE. He never changes. He gave us dominion over the earth and everything in it...Make the right choices..

Cause there is so much sin in the world.God don,t mess things up,people do...He gives us a free will and we make the wrong choices.If God cleaned up all our messes we would never learn any lessons in life.Don,t blame God cause everything is in a mess,put the blame on the ones who,s making the messes.

I many answers you see that people have no knowledge about God, why?because they don't read, they don't ask...
my advice is to check about Islam, the finale message from God and you will find every answer. read the Quran, ask the converts.
God has many names and attributes, some of them: he is the most wise. he is the just. he controles everything.
God doesn't like evil, but he allows it to occure or to happen.
God doesn't like disbelieve but he allows it to happen.
this life is a test, some will conclude, that there is no God at all.
others will have doubts.
in Islam, you have no doubts, the Quran is from God < in its original language 1400 years> God said is yoy guide, but many will disblieve in it, but he let it go.why?
because some people has to pay for their wrondoings, for misleading others for committing sins, for worshiping others than God.
this life is proof for you or against you in the day of jugement.
it has to be evil and good this is why God created satan to help the evil ones n their evil, and to test the believers.
Know that God hided the time of the hour from all the prophets. even jesus peace be upon him didn't know about it. so for every prophet(s) for any nation God told them about the signs of the hour, to push people to do good before the trumpet will be blown and it will be too late.
the prophet Muhammad also was thaught the sings of the hour . read about the sayings of the prophet. he said<< the hour will not come until there will be mo catstrophic things, more killings, until the one who will be killed will not know why he was killed, and the one who killed doesn't know who he killed>> this is what wee see now by terrorist.
he talked about the coming of jesus, magog and gog, the beast, the anti-christ,......
this doesn't make of him God or son of God, because there is no son of God, there is only one God the creator of everything.

So god created man, and gave him the ability to trust him or not. We fail and he kicked us out of paradise. He continually tried to get us to follow him, and even tried to destroy the bad seeds. But we did what we wanted to do in turn caused more turmoil than peace.

God is so loving to only those people who obey him.....
He dislikes the people who kill others, steal, bribe, etc...
& there are more people who are bad, than the good ones....,
so the bad face/condition/situation is more in vision.
