I am looking for The WHO list of 30 basic Drugs for Angola.

I am not sure where you got the "30" from.

The WHO has published a list of essential medicines required for basic provision of healthcare in any national system. The list is MUCH longer than 30 items.

It's inconceivable that the WHO would recommend just 30 drugs for any nation. It may be that you meant drugs doctors are expected to carry around with them... I also can't imagine them giving one rule for one country and another rule for another - that's not how they operate.
