Can you cross a one way road (straight across) on a red light ?

No because you have to obey the law even when you sure there s no cars coming you still have to stop at a red light some people can get away with it but it mostly at night when not a lot of cops and cars be around at late night. At night you could get away with it but don t do it a lot of times but in the daytime you can t.

Right turn on red after stop, or left turn on red after stop from a one way street into a one way street, if nothing is coming.

The only circumstances when you can go straight on through a red light are when the light is 'broken' or when directed to by a police officer.

Um no the light has to be green then you can cross. If you are on foot you have to obey the crosswalk sign.

Nope. Although why anyone would put one there if there is no other road coming in or maybe a fire/rescue squad bldg there makes no sense.
