I am wondering if any of you guys/gals are computer experts. I was trying to watch a DVD on Windows Media player earlier. Other times when I have watched movies with WMP I get a clear picture and sound. I had just put in the DVD but the strangest thing occured. I can hear the movie playing but there is no image up on screen meaning I cannot see the movie playing. Basically, I have a black/blank screen but I still hear the dialogue. Does anyone know what causes this and what I can do to fix it?

WMP does not have the correct codecs to play this movie. Try updating WMP, or downloading Alshow.
