"Wherefore, may God raise you from death by the power of the resurrection, and also from everlasting death by the power of the atonement, that ye may be received into the eternal kingdom of God, that ye may praise him through grace divine. Amen."

This was an experiment. The verse is found in 2 Nephi 10:25 in the Book of Mormon. You can cross-reference it to anything in the New Testament that you like, since I use both the Bible and the Book of Mormon.

What exactly are you asking? What am I agreeing with? If it's a matter of whether I think this verse sets forth biblical doctrine, then yes. I believe in a physical resurrection (for everyone--though only those who are covered by the atonement get to go to heaven). I also believe in a spiritual atonement and an entrance into the Kingdom of G-d, both made possible through the work of Yeshua Messiah (Jesus Christ) on the cross. And I believe that the only reason we can approach Him to praise Him is "through grace divine," because I certainly don't deserve to be in His presence. Only the blood of an innocent Man allows me to come near Him.

What is the reference, by the way? I tried to find the verse...not sure what translation you are using.

That is referring to the start of the Great tribulation. When God will raise up the dead and reunite them with their souls by the power of the resurrection of Christ after his Crucifixion.
By the power of the atonement is referring to Christ's atoning (paying) for our sins on the cross with his blood giving up his life for ours.

I KNOW THAT GOD RAISES US ALL FROM THE "DEAD END LIFE OF SIN" WHEN WE ACCEPT THE SACRIFICE OF THE BLOOD OD JESUS! And, I know we (believers) will literally be resurrected from the grave if Jesus tarries! I do think THE MESSIAH is coming back soon, though!
It sounds familiar and I want to say it's from the book of Romans.
I think it might be a paraphrased verse!
Where is that verse in the Bible?

The Bible teaches that the Israelites are the chosen people of God. they are the heirs. anyone else can nevertheless have confidence in God, and acept His gospel. in the event that they gain this, they grow to be joint heirs. in case you study the different verses around it, it particularly is going to now make greater sense. This verse is crucial for each individual, with the aid of fact it skill that each and one and all people, black and white, bond and unfastened, lady and male, are regularly occurring into actual Church of God with out hinderance. i'm hoping that enables!!

Why would anyone disagree with anything but the source? If something like that was found in the Bible, that would be OK.

where is that found? Basically that verse is talking about how Jesus sacrifice on the cross has given us the gift of eternal life - if we choose to accept it.

Mormon terminology is not Biblical/Christian terminology. This statement is backwards and false because of Mormon theology. And BTW, Mormons do not worship Jesus Christ as God, the Mormon god is the father of Satan and Christians do not agree with that god.
