should the senate immigration bill include the asians in a legalization?

as far as i know the senate bill can still have some changes , should asians also be included in a legalization ???

why yes or why not ???( i think they should be included but i am interested in knowing what others think about this ) .

i also know that the asians along with the latinos are the ones which produce more jobs than anyone .

i believe the senate bill would only include the countries which are part of nafta and cafta , if anyone can provide more information i would aprecciate that . i also know that many aisan do actually come illegally and that many do it legally but over stay once thier visas expires , many don't even have permit to be working , they still do it .

What is the problem with that? I don't see the point on this question. If this law is created, supposedly will be made to abide the illegal immigration problem, then, if there are illegal Asians, or from any other country, yes, they should.

I have all sorts of problems with the Senate Bill, but having it apply across the board is not one of them. If it were I would point out that it far favors Mexico, and if anything, that is unfair to other countries. I have nothing against Mexico, but I have a ton against what illegal immigration has done to our schools and services in California.

I really don't feel any one should be allowed to immigrate to America unless they can offer something that is needed , why should so many be allowed to come here and live on welfare paid by hard working Americans, this is a slap in the face for every American who has to work and pay these taxes, while these good for nothing scum laughs at them , and they certainly do, any politicians who will vote for this kind of immigration should never be reelected, but, there are lots of people who are trained in care giving for example who would be a asset to this country if they were allowed to immigrate , if they were paid $400 per month to take care of the elderly and let them live in their own homes until they died every one would be so much better off , but, at present it cost about $3000 to $4000 per mo for an elderly person to live in a nursing home and the conditions are terrible, strange place , minimum service, sometime mistreated, and the knowledge this is their last stop, look at the savings and the undoubtedly better care and and the rich politicians and others who own thees nursing homes wouldn't be getting rich from others misery, the Philippines have thousands of trained care givers who would be elated to come to America and perform these services and at a fraction of the present cost, no other country allows peopleto come into their country unless they can show they are self supporting , neither should we, our forefathers sure as hell didn't have welfare subsidized housing food stamps when they came here did they?

The government has told employers that they have to illegals so therefore what happens is that Americans can not get jobs. It is not that the employment rate is bad it that they have taken over the job market.
