It sounds like you already have anorexia. You need to see a doctor and get this treated. Being scared to death to gain weight is a sign of trouble. See your doctor before something serious happens. Without getting this treated there is a chance you could die from health complications. Karen Carpenter a famous singer of the Carpenters died of complications from Anorexia so get some help.

Why are you making weight or "skinniness" your goal? Your goal should be to be healthy, both physically and emotionally.
I'm betting what you really want is to be loved and called "beautiful". You think if you lose a certain amount of weight then you will be attractive and loved. When you lose weight but still feel unattractive and unloved, you think (perhaps subconsciously) "I need to lose more weight to be attractive and loved." You must understand this is a lie.
The truth is you are beautiful and worthy of love. This is the way that God made you. The unhealthniness in our culture tries to make us think we are inadequate.....mostly because they want us to buy something to make us "adequate."
At any rate, there's nothing wrong with wanting to look good. Just don't hurt your health trying to do it. In reality, "healthy" is what looks good. Eat at least three meals a day (of stuff that's good for you), but don't overeat. Try to keep processed foods, processed sugar, and saturated fats to a minimum. Do some research on well balanced diets. Also do some moderate exercise 3-5 times a week, including moderate weight training to build muscle tone. This will boost your metabolism and give your body some firmness. It's also good for your skin.
For emotional and spiritual health, I recommend studying the Bible, especially the new testament. When you invite Jesus into your heart and nurture your faith with prayer, study, and practicing love toward other people, you will radiate inner beauty. I don't mean to preach. This is just what I believe is the most important ingredient to a healthy and fulfilling life. Obviously your free to take none, some, or all of this advice.
All this takes time and it won't always be easy. But it's worth it. I think this is what your looking for....not just to be skinny.

Eat 3 meals a day. Just eat small meals. What happens when someone eats only one meal a day the human body goes into a calorie conservation mode. What this means is that your body will store food calories as fat. Energy to run your body will then be drawn from muscle tissue. Minerals needed for body functions, like Calcium, will be drawn from you bones. This results in extreme health issues. Very low blood pressure and fainting is one of the first signs. You must eat three meals a day. Breakfast can be a bowl of Special K or Total cereal and skim milk. Lunch can be a tuna fish salad on crackers. Dinner can be a Lean Cuisine dinner. Always take a multi-vitamin and mineral tablet every day. Make sure you take an Iron supplement. I guarantee that you will feel much better and will regain your health. You will not get fat.

Yes, this is unhealthy. You never want to skip meals. It can affect your heart, bone density, and your mind.

The best way to stay slim is to eat well balanced meals with lots of vegetables and fruit, drink water (not soda) and do plenty of exercise. If you skip meals your body will go into starvation mode and try to hold on to your fat. You can actually gain weight doing that. Visit your doctor and set yourself up with a good exercise routine, with plenty of weight lifting and cardio. The weights will tone your body and give you plenty of muscle and will give you that sleek look you are probably looking for.

What's wrong with you that you put your health at risk this way. Just how important is being skinny? And how skinny is skinny? If you want to look like a model or some movie star, forget it. They starve themselves which is very unhealthy.

Please get counseling. You are endangering your health because you believe the ridiculous idea that you have to be skinny to be loved.

Meanwhile, eat healthy foods!
Five servings of fruit and/or veggies every day. Some whole-grain starches (stay away from stuff like white bread, cake, cookies)

Girl, you gotta go natural! You eat moderately and exercise, but the key is the exercise. You wouldn't believe what exercise can do for you.

Upon my suggestion, my wife exercised every other day, and she lost much weight. She's sexy as hell now. I am very busy at night.
