You can get erythropoietin (EPO). It's the substance produced by the kidneys to stimulate your marrow to produce blood. It requires a prescription though. If you want something OTC, just get iron supplements.

Not really.

Your body just has to make it on it's own. Depending on how much you've lost, this can take a few weeks - months.

Iron supplements can help in this process, as it's an important componant of blood. However, you must be VERY CAREFUL with taking iron. The body can't get rid of excess very easily, so it tends to get stored, usually in your liver. This can be extremely toxic!!
