If i drink as much water as I and, like over 2-3 full judges will it helps to lose weight faster?

I don't think that it will help to lose weight faster, but it will keep you really healthy. It is recommended to drink 8 glasses of water each day.

Don't drink more than 8 8 oz. glasses of water a day, or you could get water poisoning. It gives symptoms similar to severe dehydration, and I was working one day when a guy I worked with died from it. Drink some juices and Gatorade or milk to go with it. Milk -24 oz a day- can also help you lose weight. Good luck

lots of women i know drink warm to hot water to lose weight.
eating after 5-6 pm makes me fatter.
the bowels must be emptied regularly, i like the asian slimming teas
organic coconut oil, lecithin and eating small meals helps a lot
yeast breads n beer can make a person fat as the yeast swells up n makes a fungus, try olive leaf extract and yakult to kill the fungus.
if nothing seems to work try Agrimony tea from the health store or see a Homeopath.

If you want to lose weight try eating more protein like meat's and peanut butter and less carbohydrates like bread's and cereal's. Also make sure to include vegetables and fruits. You see your body will turn carbohydrates into fat and store it, so cut down on it, and also protein will stay with you longer so your not so hungry as often. P.S. also stay away from so many potato's but make sure to get your magnesium from bananas.

Water is supper good for U!! But if you drink too much water you may start to retain water, which will make u gain weight. Water is good for your skin and your body.

yea i drink i think about 7 bottles of water per day and it helps to reduce cos my fren say im getting slimer
