Circumcision isn't the way you want to go right off the bat. I'd recommend only doing that as a very last resort. You can try topical steroid cremes and stretching. Both are said to be very effective.

Phimosis (note the correct spelling) is the medical name for a tight, non-retractable foreskin. The only sure, immediate and guaranteed permanent cure for phimosis is the minor external operation of circumcision.

Circumcision can easily be done in a doctor's office under local anaesthetic. It has no drawbacks but provides a lifetime of health and sexual benefits.

treat ment for phimosis could be circumcision and that could probably be the best treatment so as to remove the glans

i think they do circumcisions for that. Paraphismosis is another thing though.

Pull back the foreskin or do circumcision.
