How come some people dnt bleive in god??? read on b4 answerin!?

Is it coz of the wars and oppression and murder etc that occurs even though god is there?
Well islam says that Allah put us on Earth to totally submit to Him. This should be done throughout ur lyf until death. if u do so there is heaven or if nt hell. Allah has control over evrythin xcept 4 the choices we make. He sets ont wat we are gonna get, but hw we get it is our choice. For eg: Allah has decided this guy gets a mill within a week. now it is up 2 that guy on hw he gets it. does he steal or work hard 4 it. Lykwise Allah has decided on many things bt it is due 2 our wrong choices tha we hav war . murder n oppression. Everythin that is wrong in this world is nt coz of god, but us. Also in Islam this world is a test He afflicts us with problems and sees how we react. the answers is absolute patience and devotion to Allah. the higher in grade ur faith is the more difficult the test. if we pass we get heaven if nt hell! & this is 4ever (infinity)

To white clo.. yep i hav considered and thought abt whether this god thing is true or not. it does come int my heart many times. But allah has proved it tome. Whenrver i ask Allah 4 something He never fails me. I ask things everyday. So how can all of that b a coisidense?? Also islam states that a non beliver and amuslim who is weakin faith n did alot of wrong suffers severe toment in the grave. I got an email oneday abt an Omanese 18 yre old who had died. 4 a reason after buryal his father wanted to redig the grave. so the did 3hrs after the body was buried. the body looked severely beaten with bruses all over. his eye was mashed! there were pictures of this, which i saw. the witnesses said da body looked totally different from wat it was 3hrs ago.

Can ya xpain this?

People who believe in God could be right, (although that's not true of all particular religions), but they could also be wrong. To nail my colours to the mast, I don't believe in an interventionist God, but I do find discussion on the topic interesting.

Your argument for God is a very simplistic one. I don't mean that as a criticism. I would be pleased if this indicates that you're giving the matter some thought. I respect muslims if they have considered the truth of their belief system, and still believe it, even though I don't really understand how they could. But that's the whole point. I may be wrong.

The direct counter argument to your point is also very simplistic, and I'm not suggesting it disproves God, but if you truly are going to reflect upon your beliefs, you need to consider it.

God can be Good, he can be all powerful, and there can be evil and suffering in the world, but it is logically impossible for all 3 things to be true. If you plant the blame for suffering and injustice at the door of God, well, he created humankind. He either has some serious faults with his omnipotence or his omniscience. Or perhaps he's a bit of a git.

I'm not claiming that this is a perfect argument. I don't know about the Koran, but in the Bible there's basically a whole book about this, (Job) where God turns up at the end and basically says "I'm God. You're not. Deal with it".

I have a question for you. Are you genuinely prepared to think about whether what you've been taught is true, genuinely prepared to consider the arguments of those who dispute Islam's claims about the Koran.

If not, then that's fine, but be aware that many will consider you to be wallowing in comfortable ignorance.

I am sorry, but just because something is amazing it does not mean that the only explanation for it is the existence of God. Ancient civilisations worshipped the sun as the giver of life, but now we know that it is a ball of molten gases.

Of course the existence of God is one possible answer, but not the most obvious, or the only one. What you are claiming to be the truth has absolutely no fact to back it up. It stems from mankinds desperate need to attach meaning to events in his life, whether good or bad. It is hard for people to face up to the possibility that perhaps there is no meaning, no reason for the things that happen.

Just as it seems incredulous to you that I do not believe in God, it seems incredulous to me that you could look at the world and conclude that God is the only explanation. This seems to me simplistic and ignorant. Rather than being prompted by the wonder of the world to find out more about the world around you, to understand how it works, you simply attribute it to an all knowing God. The just seems ignorant and lazy to me.

There is no god,,heaven and hell are just a state of mind,,look at how many people are dying in this world,,all in the name of God,,if god exists,,which I very much doubt,,why does he lets children die,,why has he not struck down murderers with his infamous bolts of lightening,,simple coz there is no such thing as god and religeon is really shagging this world of ours. theres no proof of god. its all faith in a book written thousands of years ago by normal joe bloggs. as for the guy that was dug up covered in bruises and eyes mashed, that is normal when you die as the body breaks down. i seen my dad die and withing hours after his death his eyes were mashed and bruises on his body

i could attempt putting out along with her after instructions or after college, attempt to get on the edge of her back. See if she exhibits any signs and indicators of liking you back, and wait somewhat. you do not decide to destroy a friendship so i could take it slow, then once you experience the time is suitable ask her out.
