Aloha - - - besides the obvious, on your knees here are three options...
COLD - - - - One canned drained tuna blend with, in this order, quarter cup each of red & white onion, quarter cup celery, one large dill picked chopped small, two tablespoons Mayo and teaspoon of mustard, dash of salt & pepper - - - then cut open a garlic bagel, spread on bagel, sprinkle with alalfa sprouts. Enjoy..
HOT - - - & quick - - - Cook up a pot of pasta, preferably corkscrew or a similiar thick chewy type, while pasta is cooking, blend tuna with half cup of red & white onion, quarter cup celery, and two cloves of garlic, then when pasta is done & drained, first [put tuna & veggies in pan, then a jar of Alredo sauce, then the cooked pasta, salt & pepper to taste!!
QUICK - - - The Student Special. Boil up two packages of Ramen noodles, when soft, pour in tuna, plus quarter cup onion, clove or garlic, salt & pepper to tatse, might also want to splash with Soy Sauce or Sesame Seed Oil.
Quick - Plus ... Die-hards will top Ramen & Tuna with a can of sardines!!
Peace...
PS and remember you can tune a piano but you can't tuna fish!

Well this is true acually. Tuna and other fish have high amounts of mercury and that is harmful for baby. They recommend only eating tuna once a week and no more. I personally stay away from tuna and raw fish when pregnant because there has been some seriously bad stuff linked to high amounts of mercury and pregnancy.

NOT!!! tuna absorbs more mercury from the ocean than salmon as it doesnt have scales. You should specially avoid tuna if you dont have blue eyes, if you have teeth fillings or if you get sad or depressed.
fresh salmon is best, but canned or smoked is good too.
Salmon is great with brown rice n seaweed n carrots.
Salmon and vegetarian egg omelette.
Fresh salmon soup, made yourself.
Salmon n avocado sushi or sangas-nice with rocket or alfalfa sprouts.
Salmon & pineapple with butter (not marg) on soughdough or yeast free bread. Or make your own chappatis...
Of course only use pure sea salt and cayenne pepper as this makes it even more delicious!
Salmon with red potatoes, peas n cheese n cayenne, then topped with sour cream!! but help your heart and liver after that by drinking a mug of green tea with lemon!!

There's a billion and one ways to eat tune fish. You can make tuna fish sandwhiches, casserole, you can have tuna fish salad (with pasta), or you can even add it to veggies and stuff.
Just look up some recipes and make it whatever way appeals to you most.

From canned, I just like a plain tuna salad sandwich. Makes a nice casserole, too.

if canned , drain, add mayo, about three tlbs, to one can tuna, three tlbs, pickle relish, and a couple dashes salt , serve on toast.
if fresh tuna steaks,,,,, squeeze a little fresh lemon over each tuna steak , about half a lemon per steak, a little rosemary and tarragon, if you dont have these on hand rub a little whorechestershire sauce on each steak maybe a tea. per steak, grill serve with a wild rice pilaf, and salad

The best way to eat tuna is when you feed it to someone else. It's nasty...
