you probly just need to stop eating after 7:01 pm.
dont even change your diet just dont eat from 7:01pm to 10 am and continue eating normally.
weigh yourself every 5 days , that should do it

buy wheat bread wraps and fill it with sliced chicken and cheese from the deli at the grocery store. Cereal and dont drink soda. Drink coffee and use splenda instead of sugar.
