I agree with All It Matters, a hematoma is deep tissue bruising. Antibiotics only cure infection, a hematoma is NOT an infection. An aural hematoma is a deep bruise within the ear, and is likely caused by blunt force trauma. Time should aid to heal this, and avoiding loud noises, as well as a helmet to prevent blunt force trauma to the head.

No, a hematoma is a bruise. Antibiotics kill bacteria. If a blood clot forms and then gets infected, then the antibiotics can help by killing the infection. But they will do nothing for the hematoma.
