Never skip, eat small quantities every 2 hours through out the day

If you are asking about skipping rope. Then I would say look up a good exorcise program and use that. The only advise you should take is from a doctor. If you are asking about skipping meals. than none. Again get professional help for weight loss. PLEASE be care full.

first do it as long as u can, then slowly increase it by 5 or 10 skips daily, all the best

You still need to eat regular meals, but don't eat as much. Exercise often. Work in conjunction with your parents and your doctor to be safe.
