I used to do that when I was a younger man in the Marine Corps.
I felt the same way about it as you do, but after while I found that I spent a lot of money on alcohol.
I would drink every night, still go PT every morning and perform my duties without any problems. I never got into any trouble, no DUI's, altercations, etc. I did my best to be responsible and to not risk ruining my career. I hardly ever drink now. I just lost the desire to do it. So if you are 21 and are responsible about it, why the hell not?
I am sure that you are aware of the health risks of drinking, but that is still your choice.
To me it is no different than smoking, overeating, or even driving without your seatbelt on. Know the risks and either take them or heed them.
Enjoy life, and your drink. Just don't blame someone else for the consequences if you end up paying them in the end.
Cheers!!

The problem is that you will develop a higher tolerance for alcohol. 7 or 8 beers won't make you feel as good as you do now in the near future. Then it will be 10 or 11 beers and a couple of shots.
Just watch it and take it easy. I would cut back at least half the week. Otherwise you will be getting hammered too much. That could lead to Dui's, fights, saying stupid things to people, etc.
Drinking has its benefits to a certain extent, but I think your question itself exposes legitimate concerns you have about impending problems.
Keep drinking if you want, but watch it!

Oh ... its a bad habit, that the body gets used to, while its doin damage. But whos arguing?
But are you drowning ur sorrows in alcohol??? Do you have an unhappy stress inside you??
If the vitamins are synthetic, they may be doin u no good at all!!!
If alcohol makes u happy then mayb thats the problem...???
It killls vitamin b, which in turn can make a person nervy, accident prone, cranky and get thin lips!
Alcohol kills brain cells, perhaps moderation??
A person does lots of good / bad things that is out of the 'norm'
If its beer or yeast alcohol, this can make impotence, shrink genitals, a beer belly, yeast infection-which can cause multiple symptoms that can include loss of masculinity, ears, nose, feet & hands that 'grow', sadness, suicidal death wishes, loss of femininity, small breasts, a fishhy smell in females, depression etc!!
As with most addictions it becomes a problem sooner or later.
Eat organic honey every day.

Some drink every night may be good for people (especially men) but moderation is the key. Talk to your Dr. or to you nutritionist.

Your liver may be fine for now, but keep this up and you are taking a chance it will be putty in a few years, and I don't think you will be too happy about that.

Nothing. In fact, a little red wine every night is reportedly proven to be healthy.
Besides, when people who don't drink alcohol get up in the morning, they already feel as good as they're going to feel all day.
