I believe Manny Paquiao is the best pound for pound right now. If you compare them both and the quality of opponets both have faced in the last 3 years you have to go with Paquiao.

It should be Manny Pacquiao since he's beaten the best in his division and not pick his opponents like Mayweather does. However, Mayweather's undefeated and that may be the only reason why he's the #1 pound for pound guy. I disagree though. It should be Pacquiao.

Mayweather, undefeated, beat the better competion. Dominated top fighters. Won the championship in every weight class he has been in (4). Had one close fight and came back on dominated that same fighter in the rematch.

Mayweather, he doesn't only beat the top competiton he embarsses them while he does it. He has beaten the top competiton his entire career. I don't believe there is a boxer from 154 down who can beat him
