I hope someone can help you! I opened this just to see if anyone had. I called Yahoo about some virus alerts at 877-722-3755 & the guy was very helpful. It may depend on the issue you have. I asked about a number specificallly for Yahoo Q&A & was given 800-699-2466. This was some time back, & in my copious notes, I've written a big red "NO" beside that number, so I guess it wasn't any help. You could try the 877 number--who knows. If someone else answers, you may be lucky.

There are no live persons to talk to at Yahoo. Its just a bunch of huge servers running the show now.

Yeah, you can talk to someone in Pakistan or India who the subcontract to for customer service or a robot voice mail machine that asks you for a defiante extension, otherwise you leave a generic voice mail.

Your call is important to us, that's why we put you on terminal hold with this absolutely horrible jazz music that came from a $100 keyboard my 9 year old got for his birthday!
