I just bought a bottle of honey. I'm starting to eat honey a spoonful every morning. So, i'm just wondering if it will make me fat. Because i'm very concious about my weight and i do not want to grow fat. any ideas on it?

Honey has about 18 calories per teaspoon. I doubt a difference of 18 calories is going to have much of an affect of ANY sort on your weight.

organic honey is a wonderful medicinal super food that is great for health.
it is good to counteract addictions too and i heard of a guy that ate a spoonful every waking hour for 24 hours as he wanted to stop being addicted to alcohol, the honey made him not crave it

Honey is around 98% sugars, the rest water and trace substances - honey is not good for our health!

Eating more calories than you burn off is what makes you fat, not any specific food.

natural sugars like honey are easier for youre body to break down and digest. so, use honey instead of sugar in tea/coffee, cerial, and anyting else. and it don't have alot of medicinal benefits

well Bears certainly look fat ,they eat honey
bees are to small to notice if they are fat
,but Humming birds are very delicate
so maybe the secret is that you got to suck it not to get fat
