Learn the other language.

Like Russian: РУССКИЙ, РУССКАЯ, РУССКИЙ ЯЗЫК.

Or Japanese: 日本語。

It is not yet possible for a computer to translate between languages.

You can do a search for email penpals from many different countries, and look for people who have a small knowledge of English, and then perhaps you can start learning another tongue.

You might just make some friends and gain a language.

Yes, it's stressful (above all should you suppose that different humans are secretly speakme approximately you at all times). There is a large change among being competent to talk English/American (eg having to go a language experiment earlier than getting citizenship), and being pressured to talk best English/American in public. If you wish to are living in a democracy, you have got to uphold democratic values, adding embracing multi-culturalism and respecting different peoples' freedom to talk how they wish. Saying "you are not able to be one among us until you talk our language, devour our meals and are living our way of life" is an overly "Swiss" assimilation-variety procedure to country wide identification. If you wish to head that procedure, then you definately almost have got to restrict immigration to English/American-speakme nations otherwise grow to be a police state in which private rights are constrained.

the english language is taught in schools throughout Europe. I believe it is one of the subjects that students have to take. I have noticed that the language i learned as a child has alot more english in it. there often are books and things that teach foreign languages. Tapes are also available. they are reasonably priced at Bookman's if one is in your area.
