in case you like a competent tasting and wholesome tuna salad, right here is the secret: a million. commence with stable high quality tuna. An italian import in olive oil is the ultimate I even have discovered domestically. 2. bypass the mayo. specific, thoroughly. Even the "weight loss application" mayo is loaded with sodium, and you're already getting adequate of that from the tuna. You keep away from chemical components and different preservatives this way too. 3. mixture into your tuna: finely chopped celery, zucchini and/or purple or yellow bell pepper, a pair of spoons packed with capers, a sprint minced shallot, a sprint minced garlic in case you like garlic. you additionally can upload some kalamata olives. 4. Toss the complete mixture with clean floor pepper, clean squeezed lemon juice, and a sprint extra extra virgin olive oil if the mixture seems dry. Voila! take exhilaration in.

Start with good canned tuna. Progesso has a good light tuna in oil. It might look like cat food but has great flavor verses Bumble Bee White in water, which has no flavor. Hellmans mayonnaise is required. Beyond that, have fun. I like to add dried minced onion.
