You have yourself to be with, which sometimes is a crowd. There are several basic conflicts in life or stores of people going through life: Man verses Self, or conflicts within yourself or times you let yourself down. Man verses Man, or problems with other people. You must have some to think or write about, Man vs. God, or a conflict with your sense of how Gods works in our world, or why little children are so defenseless. Why did God make reality like that?
As far as horny goes, do it with other people.
You will find in time that having time to be alone is a gift of life, but then that is later.
