Here are the herbs and the formula you will need to make a remedy for a mild case of gingivitis:

2 parts white oak bark herb – powder

1 part myrrh gum herb – power or granules

3/4 part Peppermint leaves converted to powder

½ part anise herb – power or seeds

1/8 part clove - powder

If herbs and leaves are not in powder form, grind them in a coffee grinder. Use this formula to make as much powder as you want.

Place the mixture into a small container. I usually use a small-unused vitamin bottle.

I usually mix a small amount and use a tablespoon as my measuring tool. For example, 2 tablespoons of white oak, 1 tablespoon of myrrh gum, ¾ tablespoon of peppermint leaves, and so on. The measurements do not have to be so precise.

How to use it:

To control bacteria in your mouth, use this power once a week. If you have gingivitis, you can use this 3 times a day. Place some powder on your toothbrush and brush your teeth and gums. After brushing spit out, a few time, the saliva and residue powder. Don’t rinse out your mouth since you want to keep the active herb powders in your month. You can swallow any that remains in your mouth with no problem.

This powder combination is bitter, but quite powerful and will get the job done. You can add more peppermint powder to make it less bitter, if you like.

For severe cases of gingivitis and toothaches, you can also moist some powder with distilled water and then place the paste all along the your teeth and gums – front and back. Leave the paste in your mouth as long as you can. Don’t worry about the herbs getting in between your teeth. This remedy works.

My wife was schedule for a root canal last year and a few weeks before her tooth started paining and couldn't sleep. So I made this remedy. She just placed the powers around the painful area. It wasn't long before the pain stopped and she was able to go to sleep.

There have been other clients that have used this remedy for a month and successfully avoided having the dentist apply gingivitis treatment. In cases of severe gingivitis, go see your dentist and at the same time use this remedy.

Sarcoma is a very rare cancer. It is even rarer for it to occur in the lungs. Is it a primary tumor in her lung? Is there more than 1? What stage is it? How big? Is there vasculature? Is it going to be surgically removed? There are so many factors to consider here that only her immediate health care providers would be qualified to assess. First of all, there is no cure for cancer, natural or otherwise. There are treatments, some of which work for some, some of which work for others. My recommendation to you is for your mother to get as much information as possible. She needs to have a good talk with her oncologist, and maybe get a second or third opinion from other oncologists, if she is so inclined. If she is determined to only take natural agents, she might want to see a Naturopath that specializes in oncology. Ideally, there should be open communication between your oncologist and naturopath. My naturopathic oncologist is very clear with her patients about the odds and lets people know when chemo or radiation is the best option, and she often recommends treatments as complementary to conventional treatment. She often discusses her patients with their oncologist and together come up with the best protocol to present to the patient. Be wary of anyone that promises a 'cure' from any healing modality. There are no guarantees, from any sort of treatment, natural or otherwise. Just odds and probabilities and some degree of gambling and luck. Let's say she is pressured into having chemo, though in her gut she was set against it. So, she goes through it, suffers and dies feeling angry and resentful over being pressured into doing something she didn't really want to do. Not good. Let's say on the other hand she uses only natural therapies and dies thinking she made a mistake and should have had the chemo. Not good either. There are so many different scenarios one could play out. I know because I have gone through them all in my mind over and over again. Whatever decision she makes, she needs to be at peace with it, having looked at all the options and gathered all the relevant information from her health care providers. I don't mean to sound negative in all this, but while it is essential to be hopeful and optimistic (since millions of people do survive cancer) one also needs to explore the other possibility. That is all I can recommend at this time. Good luck and good health to you and your mom!

Hello Hun, Registered Nurse here; Regular Dental check-ups with your density is of course the # 1 thing a person can do to prevent gingivitis. Regular Brushing, Flossing, Rinsing and Gargling, if you have gingivitis, a half and half solution of hydrogen peroxide with = amounts of warm water. Swiss, and spit out. For peroxide can give you indigestion if swallowed. Will fill like you have a mouth full of tiny bubbles, after swhissing and spitting out. Rinse mouth well with warm water. Also, warm water and and about 2 tablespoons of salt, swish, spit, and rinse. Both are excellent home treatments for gingivitis. However is this doesn't help or rid you of gingivitis. Better make that appointment and see the density.

The BEST cure that I've found (and my Dentist advised me about) is the electric toothbrush called Sonicare (website posted below).

It has helped to keep my teeth dentist-polished WHITE, they feel so smooth (it's unbelievable), and my gums have never been healthier!! ..it's also made brushing more fun.. (after initially getting used to the vibration - which increases gradually when you first start using your new Sonicare)..

I wish everyone could use a Sonicare to see how white and SMOOTH their teeth can be.. and how healthy their gums will become.. It makes your mouth feel truly fantastic!!

Gingivitis can be cured by seeing a dentist for a cleaning. It is a very common condition caused by lack of oral hygiene. I had a case of it this year and now I'm learning to take better care of my mouth. You can reverse it by bruishing and ALSO flossing properly.

Brushing with the bristle end of the toothbrush and flossing. You need the mechanical cleaning that these provide for you. The more you do at home the less they do at the dental clinic!!!
