I see so many people say that god will punish you for saying bad things or messing up (sining) now and then. then they say he is nice generous and forgiving. What differnece would it make if I killed 6,000,000 people but then said I was truly sorry (and I was) I still killed all those people but I would deserve hell as my fate. But I don't have an absolute sense of morality. God supposedly does.

If he is forgiving and has a sense of morality he would let atheists into heaven that were just honestly beliveing they are helping the world
so is god caring or an evil tyrant because the bible points to number 2
sending people to thier immenent fate for nothing more than saying his name in vane this is ridiculos

i have been a christian for many years. about five years ago, i quit going to church. i was hurt very badly by what happened to me in a church i had been attending. i even left the Lord Jesus Christ for a time. I stopped praying to Him, i didn't read my Bible. Then i honestly felt as though Jesus was calling me back to church. i had a strong desire to find a church i liked. i have found one now. i spoke with a counselor from a church and she read several verses to me from the Bible that told me Jesus never leaves His people. when i hung up the phone, i just sat there and cried. once again i can say Jesus loves me. he is so wonderful. i am glad to serve Him.
Now, to answer your questions - everyone sins. we need to ask God for forgiveness, which He does. He forgives us. Let us suppose you were in prison for killing all of those people. According to the law here on earth, you would be imprisoned. However, if while you are in prison, you confessed your sins and asked Jesus Christ into your heart and began reading the Bible on a daily basis and praying to Him, you would be forgiven. As you continue living, there will come times when you need to sit down with the Lord and again ask Him for forgiveness. At all times, you would belong to Him. According to the world, while you are in prison, let us assume you get a death sentence. when you die, you would be welcomed into heaven and there you would live with Jesus and all of the other believers for all eternity.
i hope this information helps you.

I believe atheists and others who have not known the gospel of Jesus Christ will have the opportunity to accept it even after this life while we are waiting for the final the judgment. That said, We can truly be repentant for something, but ultimately it is up to God to make that final judgement. He will know your heart.
As for murder.... you have taken away someone else's free agency,so you might have a little problem there. He is a merciful God but also a just God. Jesus Christ's attoning sacrifice only covers those who accept Him as their personal Savior. He will pay the debt if you accept Him,and live His teachings. If you don't do these things you get to pay your own debts!!!

If you want to know what God is like then you have to read the Bible -all of it. See below for another recommended book -can't recall author's name, though. As for letting just anyone, including atheists, into heaven; they would be more miserable in Heaven than in hell because they choose to be without Him. Hell is actually a blessing for them in comparison. If you want to avoid eternal damnation then the Bible is quite clear on what you need to do. Confess your sinfulness to God, repent of your sin, ask for His forgiveness and ask Him to wash it away with Jesus' blood, ask Jesus to come into your life and be your Lord and Saviour and to help you to live a life that is pleasing to God. Now that you know the plan of salvation you are responsible for it.

God is LOVE. You make the choice to go to hell when you reject God. You have to go by what the Word of God says. He said sin separates us from God. How in the world do we live without sinning? We get born again. The spirit does not want to sin, Our spirit craves God. God always forgives if we ask Him too. We can not play games with God tho. We reap what we sow. What goes around will come back around. You bring bad things to you when you do not obey God. We suffer for the lack of knowledge of God's Word. It is our instruction book to live by. God has done all He is going to do until the rapture of His people. He redeemed us and gave us dominion over the earth. We are spirit. We have choices to make in our own life. We are to create a holy life for ourself by having a relationship with God and speaking words that will bless us and others. There is life and death in our tongue. We can kill people with our tongue. We can also make our own life miserable with our tongue. We do others like we want them to do us and what we do happens to us. This is the spiritual laws. Our life is what we make it. Now, create your own future but don't do it without God. There is no middle ground. Either you obey God or the devil. Your own flesh is your spirits enemy. Cry out to God and let Him live in you and you live in Him. Get close to Him. He will bless your life every single minute.

God is nice, kind caring, compassionate. He is funny, smart, charming. He is Angry, upset, filled with wrath. So as we are filled with so many different emotion so is he. We can't say god is whatever emotion we think he demonstrates, because we have never met him. But I think he gave us the same things he feels.
