Being new to the world of cheeses, I am discovering the new to me and exciting flavors of the different cheeses out there. I am familiar with Brie and find it to be very delicious it has quickly become a favorite of mine.

Oh its one of my favourite cheeses. I love any kind of cheese though. But who wouldn't love cheese its just so good.

Absolutely love it. Esp when it is warmed up in the oven and served with pickels and relishes on crusty bread.
Camenbert works well also.
