What is with you girls now days? Anorexia and Bulimia aren't things you just decide to be for a day. You don't just 'become' anorexic or bulimic because you want to. They are diseases that take over your life. You can loose your hair, your teeth, your overall health. You isolate yourself and sometimes become depressed (due to malnutrition). If you're unhappy with your weight, quit eating junk food and drinking sodas. Get up and do some cardio. Lose the extra weight by a healthy diet and exercise. I'm glad society is becoming more aware of eating disorders but please don't get it confused with a quick fix diet. Eating Disorders are deeper than they appear on the surface. It's a little more complicated than wanting to be skinny.

You need information on how to lose weight and be healthy because if your thinking about being anorexic or bulimic you have a lot to learn and I would recommend you seek counseling before your disorder gets out of control. I am a nursing student so I know first hand how hard it is to control an eating disorder and believe me you don't want to lose weight like that. Here is a web site that you should research for yourself. Trust me when I say that your weight issues are really all in your head which means even when do lose the weight you still won't be happy with yourself it's a never ending vicious cycle, don't fall into the trap because your a beautiful person and I'm sure everyone around you already knows this but it's time for you to get to know yourself and love yourself because your worth it.

Anorexic, I'm not saying it is good to be that but to be bullimic is to basically throw up every ounce of self worth you have whereas if you are anorexic at least you get the thrill of feeling like you have control. Bulimia is the most degrading experience anyone can have. It is the penultimate way of hating yourself. It is a waste of food, a waste of life a waste of time. If you just eat a healthy amount of the right food and exercise you can have a life at the same time as gaining a better shape, Alternatively you can commit yourself to dieting becoming your life, How little you have eaten or how far you have run will be all you have left.

Good Lord! You're at the perfect weight... Why on earth are you so worried about losing any more? Jeez. Try doing yoga or pilates to tone your body. You'll acutally reshape yourself and look pretty and healthy rather than sick. Go look at Nicole Ritchey...does she look pretty to you? Really? She looks like she's knocking on death's door. She's forever being made fun of because she's sick and isn't making that big of an effort to fix things. I almost lost my sister a few years ago, after she had her baby. She's always been thin and wanted to lose the baby weight. Bulimia didn't just hurt her, it was hurting those of us who love her the most. We didn't know what was wrong with her until it was almost too late. Don't make the same mistake--you might not be as lucky as she is.

O def. bulimic. That way you still get to at least taste and enjoy the food. The only problem is the loss of your period, rotting teeth, fatigue, the fact that you make yourself vomit...
What is wrong with you? You cannot be serious. 126 lbs for your height is great. I think you should see a counselor or psychiatrist because you obviously have problems.

Neither. They are equally harmful to your overall health. You are not fat at all, why do you have to be anorexic or bulimic? Exercise and eat healthily is an ideal way to shed some pounds off.

when i was in 5th grade i was at 130 and i was a lil shorter than 5'2. i never considered myself to be "fat" until someone called me that and truly hurt my feelings. the truth is, either one of those options is extremely dangerous and totally not worth it. I'm now 17 and 5'2 and i'm at 112...a healthy weight for my age and height. i didn't starve myself and i didnt throw up after every meal. i changed my diet and my lifestyle and started playing basketball regularly. losing weight takes time and dedication you cannot look for an easy out or a "quick fix". i know you might not want to hear this, cause i know i wouldnt have wanted to either but once i stopped grabbin for the junk food and started going for the fruits i noticed fast changes. it works i promise it just takes time. if you need anything support, help, anything please feel free to contact me. <3

if you mean which is more destructive on one's body it depends. Teh reason is because the purging that one sees with bulimic clients is also seen in some anorexic ones. Purging certainly can be destructive (over time) to one'sbody. However, being extremely underweight can be clearly life threatening.

Neither, just exercise and eat right...
Not eating will gain you more pounds.. and will take even longer to use them, because your body will be storing fat so it can burn it when you dont eat, and when you dont have fat, it will feed on your muscle.
Bullimic is the samething except your throwing up the things you eat.. Both is disguisting and I rather date an overweight chick then some one who is anorexic or bullimic, but I rather get them help..

don't think like that. are you an idiot. havn't you been watching t.v lately? because they have shows about girls who try to be anorexic and bulimic. you can get really sick from that. you should love your body the way it is. and if you really want to lose weight, then it won't hurt to just exercise, and eat low carb food or food that contains cellulose[like salad and celery].
