you can usually call up the company and request it to be mailed. i have lost the kodak CD a few times and they sent it to me in the mail for free. it may be different for the tray though..

Try looking on Ebay. You can find pretty much anything there. If you can't find what you are looking for in the auctions part also try the Ebay stores part. Either way you will find it there.
