are you supposed to eat the the seeds. There's juicy flavor around the seeds and there are so many so are u posed to eat the seeds?

Hi, Yes you eat the seeds of a pomegranate.They are very, very good for you. Be careful with the juice though as it stains whatever it falls on. Enjoy!

I'm assuming you mean a pomegranate. And yes, eat the seeds. No other way to eat those. Unless you just want to juice them.

=) hehe i eat the seeds.... i think my parents said not to but unless otherwise proven, it seems to be a matter of preference? You can eat without the seeds; its a bit tedious just put them in your mouth, suck the juice then spit the seeds out.

Break one open, pull out the seeds, toss them in some Grand Marnier, and eat them. MmMMm!
