In a bar guys- they are always looking
and girls are looking at other girls and what they
are wearing.
BallGames-Girls, checking out the sports guys!
Its really not a easy answer, cuz it depends on the enviroment!

Depends on the guy and the girl really, but I guess girls are slightly more inclined to be flirtatious.
