There have been several good answers. I just want to say that argument is a logical fallacy. Your argument can be boiled down to:
1) The mystery of Life is beyond our current comprehension, and beyond what we can ever learn.
2) Therefore a God must have done it.
3) The Hebrew Bible describes a God, and lots of people believe the Bible is holy.
4) Therefore there really is a God, and its the God of the Bible.
Do you see the weaknesses in every step of this argument?
1) We know a lot now, and are learning more every year at an accelerating pace. Medical science already knows enough to give very good answers to your questions.
2) Huge leap. Its only believable to people who are already convinced. Pure circular logic.
3) The Hebrew Bible is quite possibly mostly myth. The fact that many people believe it is holy has no bearing on whether it is truth or not -- truth is not determined by belief.
4) The conclusion is based on faulty premises. There is many other possible conclusions that have just as much validity. For example, there might really be a god who created the universe with the Big Bang, but the Bible is 100% the work of men and has nothing to do with the "real" god. The truth is we don't know.

This is occurs through cellular differentiation. It is the topic of an entire college level biology course so I don't think I can answer it fully here. In short, all of the different cell types in the human body are all derived from a single fertilized egg cell through differentiation. Differentiation is the process by which an unspecialized cell becomes specialized into one of the many cells that make up the body, such as a heart, liver, or muscle cell. During differentiation, certain genes are turned on, or become activated, while other genes are switched off, or inactivated. This process is intricately regulated by proteins interating with cell receptors. The entire process when studies gives clues as to how we have evolved and comparative differentiation and protein pathways are now being studied to show how closely organisms are to each other in evolutionary terms. As a result of differentiation a cell will develop specific structures and perform certain functions.
Differentiation can involve changes in numerous aspects of cell physiology; size, shape, polarity, metabolic activity, responsiveness to signals, and gene expression profiles can all change during differentiation.
I think there are perfectly natural explantion for the things in nature that make more sense to me. If there is some sort of creator I doubt they would be very like any of the man made Gods humans have invented.

I sense that you don't really want an answer to this question, that it is meant to just "make people think" or to "prove a point." However, there is an answer.
Single cells are inefficient at getting much done. It's hard for one cell to perform all of the necessary functions for life. So cells started to clump together to share tasks. Perhaps one cell would focus on digesting food for the entire clump and another cell would focus on movement for the entire clump. By working together they were able to get more done. Cooperation allowed cells to progress further, perhaps even evolve! Further cooperation over generations of cells resulted in certain cells that were differentiated so they could ONLY perform certain functions; thus they came to rely on each other to survive. It was a slow process, but there were millions of years for it to happen.
I'm not denying that life is a miracle; I'm just stating that there is a scientific reason for this particular miracle. Anyone who has passed a high school biology class understands it.

Your question is about the differentiation of stem cells. That is pretty advanced stuff. It is a good question for the biology page. I certainly don't have the background or time to answer it. I do not consider it to be evidence of "intelligent design" or anything like it. Why we as humans only are able to regrow finger tips as children but not as adults, but we can all regrow up to a third of our liver, while some animals can be chopped to bits and each bit regrown into a new creature are all real puzzles. If we ever figure it out medicine will be a very different thing than it is now.

Number 1. There are no bone cells in fully formed bones. They are calcified.
Number 2. Bone Cells (non-existent) do not turn into blood cells. Blood cells do not turn into liver cells. Stem cells turn into every kind of cell in the body.
Number 3. There is a great advantage to being a multi-cell organism. Even if we lose a bunch of cells, we can still live. A bacteria is dead if it loses one cell, because it only has one cell. There is plenty of reason to evolve into a multi cellular organism.
Number 4. Having established that multi-cellular is a favorable trait, having homogeneous cells in an organism our size wouldn't work. If we were all skin cells, we wouldn't be alive. All the different kinds of cells evolved synchronously from a bacteria to macroscopic animals, like us. This evolution happened because it works!
Number 5. What creation are you referring to? Before you give me a mousetrap metaphor like "If you take one part from a mousetrap, it doesn't work anymore. Therefore god exists." do some freaking research. "Blood cell to liver cell"?
Number 6. How is it that every time a creationist speaks, before they even say any words, you know that they have absolutely no idea what they're talking about?

All cells are not random. It is a very complicated sequence of events that transforms pluripotent (potential to develope into multiple types of cells) cells into an organ. I suggest taking a genetics course or development course if you are interested in the details. It is very interesting! People who think that because life is "so complex" is proof that God exists need to go back to school. Is the reason you can't fix your car by yourself because of the complexity of the computer driven engine controls also proof God exists? No..it just means you don't have enough knowledge.

Cell differentiation is caused by the DNA - hox genes and such - in the course of development different genes are activated and tell the cells what tissue to develop. It is in advanced genetics - but it has been explained.

Why do you think that every Atheist is a scientist? I'm sure if you asked a biologist, they could give you a good answer.
I see a world constantly evolving and changing. What do you see?

i am a creationist but all cells come from stem cells and reproduce as their own kind of cell i.e. stem cell to bone cell to bone cell, cells dont change types into another type or organ.
