Hello! Bonjour! I`m Everaert Patrice from Belgium. One of my main languages is French so I`m glad to help you.

Prêt a porté can not be translated as it is but I can try to inform you about it.

The direct translation of prêt a porté is: Ready to wear.

For example stores who clean and dry your clothes are called "Prêt a porté".

Prêt à porter - ready to wear. That is the literal translation.
Prêt means "ready" and à porter means "to wear" or "to carry". It has a wider meaning in French than in English. Clothes described in this way are bought off the peg, as opposed to being made to measure.
