Should you tell a man your true feelings, even though he is leaving in 3 months to another country?

If you like him then yes you should, you can still have a relationship if one of you is willing to travel once in a while. At the least you can correspond by email, letters, and the phone. You never know if something good will happen for the relationship down the road a couple of years from now. ♀
