At the time God threw Satan out of heaven had God killed him then it would have made God not only look like the person Satan claimed Him to be. {basically a dictator more than loving and just]. But then that would put the idea in the rest of the beings minds that, " hummm? maybe Lucifer was right about God ?" Allowing Satan to play out his hand He has shown Himself as a fair, just and loving God and Satan for who he really is. How more loving, than to sacrifice Himself in the person of Christ to bear all mankind's punishment for sin, can anyone be? We don't deserve it but He loves us that much !!! Would Satan ever do that for anyone of us? NO! he's too selfish and self serving to do that. Here's a thought ,"what is the opposite of love?" most people would say hate . But it's not . Selfishness is. think on it some and you'll see what I mean.Ask God anything in sincere prayer with a sincere willing heart to hear and He will give you understanding.

Because If God Killed Satan, then the church would be poor. No one would go there. Its an overlooked fact that Satan is the Churches Best Friend. Hes Kept it in bussiness up till now.

Another thing to remember is that, If God is considered "Good" then there Must be "Bad". Because then there would be nothing that Made God "Good" Hed just be God. There being Satan, would give the chance of comparison, differentiated "Good" from "Bad". The Polarities are what make the difference.

So, to stress the point, God, would not be God, without Satan.

By the Way, Seventh Day Adventist are the Devil, not the red horned guy down south.

He could easily have done that, but there is a good reason why he didn't. God has allowed him to be the temporary ruler of the world. Why? Because he challenged Jehovah and said that people would do fine without him and could rule themselves independently, and would prefer his rule over God's. What has been the result of man ruling over man while under Satan's control? We know the answer--terrorism, wars, racism, hatred and murder. Satan still continues even now to taunt our Creator. Christians must take a stand for Jehovah and prove Satan a liar.
We must have intense love for one another, all the more so as we see the end drawing near.

God is LOVE and can not lie. He will do exactly what His Word says and will not go against it. A house divided against itself can not stand. It will all happen just like the Bible says. The Word of God will stand forever. God is what His Word says. For example, the Davinci Code said that Jesus was married. The Word of God which is the breathe of God does not say that He was married. I have heard preachers say, "so what if He was married, He was a man." But If He was married that would make the Word of God a lie. The Word of God is true and will answer every question that anyone will ever ask or has asked. God has a certain time when He will put satan in hell and he will never get out. People has made satan the god of this world. Believe it or not satan really helps us. If he would have known that the death of Jesus was going to redeem us,he would not have tried to kill Jesus. The devil is a liar and is retarded. Jesus really gave His life for us to redeem us back to God. When the devil makes bad things happen in my life God always makes something good out of it for me. If the devil knew that, he would not bother me. The devil was an angel in heaven. The most beautiful one. He said well why are you all worshipping God? Worship me. That is a big mistake. He got himself thrown out of heaven. Even if he was thrown into hell and locked up now, our flesh, mind, sin nature would still be our enemy because we are spirit and our mind wants to rule us. Without the Holy Ghost nothing will change. If we do change in the natural it will only be temp.,short lived because we do not have that kind of power without the Holy Ghost. We need God. We need to cry out to Him and He will hear us. You did not know that you are your own enemy did you? You do the things that you do not want to do. You are not able to do the things that you really want to do. When you try to do good evil is present. You must renew your mind with the Word of God. Ask God to come live in you and you live in Him. This is long, but explaining spiritual things are important.

Fair Question. Here's the answer.

Satan represents the embodiment of evil. God gave humanity free will, that is the ability to make choices. If God kill Satan, then evil would be gone and so would free will.
I mean free will would be gone in the effect we would no longer be able to choose between Divine good and Diabolical evil. I hope this helps. Best wishes.

Since Satan is an archangel he is immortal and thus will never die. He is already a defeated enemy and will meet his judgement soon enough -in God's time, not ours. What we are experiencing now is called the age of grace. Once God sends Satan to the lake of fire, it's too late for anyone to repent and thus be saved from the wrath to come. God doesn't want anyone to perish and is patiently waiting for all who wish salvation to accept Jesus Christ and be saved. He is also letting us see just how ugly and destructive sin is. Rest assured, however, that time is short. Prophecies from the Bible regarding the end of time are coming to pass before your eyes. If you have read the Bible you would know that. Satan also knows his time is short and he will take as many as he can with him into eternal damnation.

I've often wondered that myself. I think it's because when God created Heaven, he made all the angels immortal before He created Earth. Satan was the supreme angel in charge, hence he couldn't be killed but rather disposed of.
So he was thrown into the trash bin God named Hell. Even though all things are possible with God, had it not been for Satan, He would not have been able to weed out the unfaithful so that the faithful would be the ones to join Him in Heaven. So Satan has divided mankind between God and himself and by choosing all else over Christ, we choose to be Satan's pawn on Earth until our dying day.

Excuse me people but God as the CREATOR made the Soul that was to become SATAN from its own body also. SO therefore GOD would be killing a part of ITS self.
SATAN was created to be THE TEMPTER of the other souls .When the time of Judgment comes SATAN and all other souls will be reabsorbed back into the body of the CREATOR.

It's hard to say because I don't even know probably half the stuff that's written in the Bible, but maybe because it would just look bad on his part. I mean, it's kind of like (can't remember who said it) if someone slaps you in the face offer them the other side because it shows everyone else around how cruel they are being. Know what I'm sayin'? So, if he were to kill Satan it would kind of be like he is no better than the Devil himself. Also, I guess all the bad people have to meet all of their wrong doings in a place other than Heaven, if that makes sense. Hope this helped!

Because he is holding out until enough souls have evolved to become more pure, more worthy, kinder and more evolved beings within our consciousness to become more like God himself, which we being toddlers in the divine plan can not do without the opposite poles of good and evil. We, babies in the cosmic world, won't learn not to touch fire, if we don't get burnt. When enough souls have served enough lifetimes and evolved into a higher spirituality, and divided ourselves more clearly thru our own willpower, Gods will will have been done and we will be responsible and adult and worthy of Gods conciousness and all mysteries and wisdom will be shared in harmony.
