No diet pills aren't healthy and if a person is wanting to loose weoight to be healthy why would they take a pill that could cause them more problems. Just think about every thing that you put in your mouth. do i really need this, is it good for me? do I have to have it or would something else be better for me. As a matter of fact what if you did this when shopping? that way the things aren't in the house. If you take the time and ask those questions and listen to what you know then you'll start to change. It may take a while but you will change. Then don't drink soda or a lot of tea. tea is better than soda because it doesn't have the sodium in it. and diet soda makes you thirstier so, stop it completely. eat small frequent healthy meals. Use smaller plates and put food on them and you will feel like you're eating more. Have veggies and fruie cleaned and cut up in the fridge to grab instead of other things. have nuts as snacks with fruit. In small portions they are good for you, the good fats in them. Then cut out potatoes, white bread and sweet cereal. Eat whole grain breads, pastas and cereals. Low or non fat milk. A little cheese, cottage cheese, lowfat yogurt...not the aspertane kind. Never use that or splenda. A diabetic should neveer use it. lots of water and boiled eggs, tuna, chicken, beef, fich, broiled, baked about the size of the palm of your hand. Tou'll do much better. Oh yeah, keep moving. Dance in the living room or your bed room. Get warmed up by stretching, do lap dancing with an imaginary chair, belly dancing, get the muscles moving. Squeeze the musclas as long as possible and that will tighten them up. Good luck, no pills required.

Diet pills don't work and I'll tell you why...
Have you ever had a really bad headache and you take something for it but it just doesn't seem to go away.thats because when you take a pill, you are only consuming about 7% of that pill, the rest is being flushed out of your body. The best pill I have ever found isn't even a pill at all it is a juice called Mona Vie and it has celidrine and glucosamine in it which helps with repairing skin cells and fighting off aches and pains which in turn make you feel better, give you energy and best of all it goes straight to your blood stream and it actually works.Have a migraine? Drink a few oz. and its gone. For more information on my diet "drink" e-mail me at monavie42481@yahoo.com

If you are severely obese, you can go in for prescription diet pills. But you should also follow a weight loss program of diet and exercise while taking the pills or else the pills won’t help you in losing weight. More information on prescription diet pills available at http://www.toloseweight.org/weightlosspill.html

There are some that work and some that don't but they are all bad for long term use of 30 days or more as they can cause severe health complications for you down the road. The best approach is the natural and healthy way. I found a plan called STACK that has helped me lose 25 pounds and 2 3/4" in my waist in 30 days without skipped meals or special foods

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

I had a doctor's appointment today and asked the same question. He told me that in the next few weeks a new drug is going to be introduced to the public. It is a prescription drug. It works by shutting down a certain receptor in the brain. It is the same receptor that causes munchies when you smoke pot. It's very exciting news. This new drug DOES NOT contain any kind of amphetamines. It isn't addictive either. I only want to lose 4 pounds and my M.D. said he'd give me a RX. I don't have the name, my doctor couldn't remember but he said watch the news, or TV. It will be talked about...

Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.
Anyone who attempts to lose weight by reducing calorie consumption experiences feelings of hunger and fatigue. Hoodia diet pills attempt to reduce those feelings, making it easier to stick to a low calorie diet and therefore lose weight. As with any weight loss plan, only people who are in good health should use hoodia diet pills and they should be used in conjunction with appropriate diet and exercise. Because thirst is suppressed as well as appetite, it is important to remember to drink plenty of water. Most experts recommend eight 8 ounce glasses per day to maintain proper hydration. Other than thirst suppression, there are no known side effects associated with hoodia diet pills and they are probably a much better choice than diet pills containing stimulants.
I tried 100% Hoodia and......
Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.
Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.
For all you doubters, here is the prior feedback for another Answers user who followed my advice:
Asker's Rating: *****
very good comment i lost 2 lbs in a week
i think i can almost get in my leather dress, i can hit the town in no time
**** VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF ---
#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!
#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!
#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!
Hoodia (HOOD-ee-uh) gordonii - A genus of 10 to 20 species from southwestern Africa.
Hoodia gordonii is the stoneage wonder plant found throughout the dry arid regions of the South western African continent now on the verge of making history in the fight against obesity. It is a genus belonging to the Asclepiadaceae family which consists of approximately 20 species. Used to stop hunger, quench thirst, and provide energy among other things since prehistoric times, Hoodia gordonii was first discovered by the San tribesmen and women to get through the most difficult of times.

diet pills are a waste of money, have you actually TRIED to get out every morning and run those calories off? have you actually TRIED to stop eating sugars, fast foods and junk food and replacing it with water?? All those diet pills do is try to boost your metabolism, all those listed examples above will do just that.
