bf dates on dairy are relative, for liquid products the old sniff test works well

for hard cheeses that date means nothing if you open the package because once open it is on a timer of how long before it goes moldy

for yorgert the date is also realtive as it is a date that the products needs to be sold by not nessessary a date the product goes bad, again as long as it hasn't been opened (seal still in tact)

the same goes for most other things that come in sealed packaging, the dates are realtive to when you open the item not nessassary the date it is good to as it could go bad before then as it has come in contact with air....the enemy to food....

It's best to sell it before that date. So if it says November 12th it's good for a few days after. Always smell when in doubt, it the milk is ruined you will know it.

It's should to be OK, but I would recommend the "sniff test" on dairy products!
