only one of two + or - need to be + for + blood type
two - needed for - blood type

If both parents were +- then baby could inherit -- and be - blood type.

If you had a parent who was - then and you are plus then you will be +-

Yes, negative is the recessive gene so your parents can both be A pos dominate and A neg recessive and you can end up with two A negs which would mean you'd be A neg
