They are underweight, but without further details, it's very hard to say whether they could have an eating disorder or not.

Do you they eat at all during the day? Do they try to avoid food. Do they mention their weight constantly and obsessively count calories. Do they exercise obssessively? Are they preoccupied with scrutinizing their body? Do they complain they are fat, even though they clearly are not?

Obviously, they do not need to lose weight at 104lb, which is the main thing that point in the direction of an eating disorder/body image disorder.

She should speak to someone about this and it would be a good idea for her to go see her doctor. HTH : )

If this person is only 104 lbs and thinks that they r still fat, they have a body image problem, and if all they eat is coffee, an apple and cereal, they have an eating problem.

If that's all she eats all day, she has an eating disorder. A person that weighs 104 pounds standing at 5'5'' is very thin.

It may not be full out anorexia but they seriously need to see a doctor for anorexia. I'm not even joking. They are depriving themselves of nutrition and they are killing themselves!
