Ok, I got a question, what are some good excercises to do for thirty minutes a day, and some diet tips?

Drink lots of cold water; it's healthy and your body works to warm it up so you naturally burn fat.

have you heard of the billy blanks Tae bo?? or try jogging in the morning around the block for liek 10 minutes, then come home and start off with as many sit ups as you can and eating breakfast. AS long as you start to work your muscles alot more than your used to, then you'll loose weight. I also agree with the first answer as well, don't eat junk food or fast food. Try to cut down on juices, coffees and teas, and replace them with water. Eat more veggies and fruits and try to follow the canadian dail food guide ( I understand that you might not have heard of this so below is the url to see the guide) Try joining the gym and get a partner, the best way to loose weight is through a little competition. Anyways, good luck on your weight loss

kkk i gotta a lot of advice and tips....da first and foremost thing u hav 2 do is not eat junk food PERIOD!!...even if u hav da greatest urge u CANNOT, second u should start 2 do situps n pushups everyday...even if u can't do ne jus try cause eventually u'll do 1 den u'll b able 2 do 2 den 3 n so on so don't get frustrated or disgruntled in da beggining...also eat 3 times a day n never eat until ur full....always leave some food on ur plate........oo also make sure u don't starve urself...NEVER starve urself...cause den ur jus gonna go on a crash diet
