This problem only occurs if there is a load on the engine like accelerating or running highway speeds that the tach reaches 2300 RPM or more usally 65 plus Mph. Also the cruise quits working and also the ETS. I hane replaced spark plugs, boots,ciol tower & coil packs ignition module cam and crank position sensors. I'm at my witts ends, Please help!!!

It's possible that you have a sticking valve. Not a common problem, but it can happen. Does the engine ever have a dead miss when you let off the gas or come to a stop that clears up after a few seconds? That could be a valve.
Also check the hose from the MAP sensor to the throttle body for splits or sucking together when running.

Sounds like a low voltage problem. Need to ck for something simple as bad conn at batt, or lose grds. could be a ign sw that`s causing the voltage loss.

My 'ninety 8 blazer has been doing that for years. it ought to be a loose section interior the converter, muffler or muffler hea guard. seems it is a easy situation on blazers. to no longer meant to be a situation?

That is something! you have replaced all the sensors I can think of, maybe it is mechanical.

Or the injectors are breaking down.

you need to do an injector test and fuel pressure test.
