There is only one unpardonable (unforgivable) sin, which is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. I doubt that's what you've done. Everything else is forgivable if

you are honestly sorry for your sin (remember because He's God, Jesus can see your heart and mind clearly and cannot ever be fooled by anything a human could possibly do, so you really have to mean it)

and confess it to Him (you may want to confess it to another human, too, but that's not necessary for forgiveness)

and repent of that sin (turn away from it.)

Talk to Him in your heart and out loud. Confess the sin out loud, just to Him, first. Don't talk to Him LIKE He's there in the room, talk to Him BECAUSE He's there in the room and is listening. It's hard for a human to imagine someone who can be everywhere at once, but Jesus can do it easily. He's not limited like we are. He is with you and will listen. He doesn't have to turn away to do other things. Because He's God, He can give you His full attention and give His full attention to others at the same time. Humans can't do that -- though some try -- but God can. Trust His great love for you.

Jesus never stopped loving you and He never will. Confess your sins, even though you can't possible remember what they all are and ask Jesus to forgive you. He will. He loved you even before you were a Christian. He will not stop loving you now. Just don't make the mistake of pushing Him away. The devil wants you to do that. He wants you to think that you are not worthy of Christ. Well none of us are on our own. Christ made you worthy of Him by His death on the cross. Nothing you can do will make you worthy. Jesus has done it all for you. That's the Good News. The Lord's peace be with you.

Jesus loves you all the time. Just repent for your sins and try to avoid sinning again. If you are a Catholic, go to a priest and confess all your sins. They have been ordained by Christ to forgive sins as well as not to forgive them, if it is unforgivable. But then again His divine mercy is immense and unfathomable.
It will also be good to receive Holy Communion, for it is the perfect prayer of offering. It is also Our Lord Jesus's way of communing with you.

The first thing you must do is believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. God is Spirit. I did not say a spirit. God is LOVE. Spirit of LOVE. God loved us,his creation so much that He put His Spirit in the virgin Mary to make Jesus. Why? We needed a redeemer and He could not be born from man because His blood could not be contaminated with sin. Mary is the Mother but God is His Father. When you cry out to God,you are doing it in your spirit. Your spirit craves God but your flesh is your enemy and wants to always rule you. That is your sin nature. Your mind wants to keep on ruling. So what you must do is let your spirit cry out to God. Repent for your sins. Ask God to come and live in you. He will do it and you will be changed by the power of God.Read your Bible Because it is God's breathe. Ask God to reveal to you what the Bible is saying when you read it. You will be born in the spirit,it has come alive at this point. Surrender your life and let God be responsible for you. He will be the source for everything you need.He said love Him first then love all people as yourself. God will make you into a spirit of love. Let God teach you about the new life. Get close to Him. Have a relationship with Him. OBEY HIM...

Jesus still loves you, even right now. He even loves you as you are sinning.

God knows you are sorry for your sins.

All you have to do is accept God's grace, given to you through the crucifixion of Jesus. Believe in Jesus, and you are forgiven.

Yes. If you are Catholic then go to confession.

Anyone can say an Act of Contrition like this or in your own words:

My God,
I am sorry for my sins with all my heart.
In choosing to do wrong
And failing to do good,
I have sinned against you
whom I should love above all things.
I firmly intend, with your help,
to do penance,
to sin no more,
and to avoid whatever leads me to sin.
Amen.

With love in Christ.

Actions speak louder than words. Just being sorry isn't enough. What are you doing to make up for your sins? How are you making the world a better place?
