I wouldn't put drops in my eyes if they are healthy and producing enough moisture...Light Eyed people have to be careful...we do not have the pigment to keep as much light out as dark eyed people...I would worry about "light" damage more than drops....they eant to sell you drops...of course your eyes feel good...until the drops wear off nad "oh no...you need them again....."...If you are okay....leave your eyes alone....I have temporarily lost mysight due to optic neuritis and being a blue eyed the best thing you can do...coming from a top opthamologist....Protect your eyes with sunglasses or be sunsmart.

Definitely not true! I have hazel green eyes and to be honest I've never had to use eyedrops because of eye problems or any other reason for that matter.

Having baby blues myself, I can say that light colored eyes have a more difficult time with bright light. Other than that, the idea that I need eye drops is just a figment of an eye drop companies imagination!

Actually relying too much on eyedrops is very bad for your eyes.
And no, I don't think people with lighter eye color need special care for their eyes.

People with light colored eyes, are more light sensitive, also need more sun protection, like sunglasses.
