what? do you mean making the picture move or changing the color in the background? If you want to change the background of a picture, depends what you are using. If you are using paint, if you just made it, you could click the paint bucket and fill the background. If you copied it or something like that, it's a bit more complicated. You will have to cut around it so the background is completely white, then you fill it using the paint bucket. You could say what you are using or what you are changing the color on the background of.
