1. Wet a wash cloth with hot tap water, as hot as you can handle.
2. Put it on the zit for about 10 minutes. The longer you leave it on, the better. It will help to bring the impurities the surface.
3. Gently squeeze it (NO NAIL ACTION!!!).
4. Leave it alone until it has settled (minimum of 1 hour). No picking, ice cube will help here as well.
5. Before bed dab on the toothpaste (as mentioned in previous postings, don't use the gels).
6. In the morning remove paste and dab on a little bit of concealer.
Good Luck!!!
P.S. Hot wash cloth is going to sting a bit so be prepared.
It really works, I did this before my formal.

You can't really get rid of it. But i would start with finding a new hobby. And stop writing so much on the computer. Do physical activities with your friends. Set a goal for yourself to only stay on the computer for two hours then cut down every month. It could save you a few bucks on the electric bill!!! ;). Basically find something else to do, if you can't look at what movies are coming on, what events that sound kinda cool. Be out there instead of inside here.

Pop it, you probably don't have the kind of acne that leaves craters. Also, try washing your face once in a while with soap and water. A pimple that has come to head is just as gross as a crater face, maybe even grosser.

everyone is right on the money old fashioned tooth paste will dry it out also place an ice cube on it will help the swelling and won't seem to be as big as a barn most of all do not pick at it that only makes it worse.

Wash face. Put toothpaste, not gel, on it. Preferable minty. It should shrink considerably.
