The best and quickest way to loose weight is to eat small healthy meals that contain protein in the form of chicken, lean red meat or fish, broiled or grilled or slow cooked. About 3 servings a day but the servings should be no bigger than your palm. Then eat as much veggies as you want and in the rawest state possible then have some fruit. A few nuts for snacks and good fat, just a few with some fruit or raisins or dried fruit. Then cut out all potatoes, white bread and pasta unless it's whole wheat. Eat only whole grain cereal, bread and low or non fat milk. You might like soy milk, it's low in fat high in protein and good source of calcium. Take a multivitamin and mineral supplement every day. For exercise choose something you enjoy. If it's walking start out slow and work into a faster pace but don't over do any exercise. If you're just starting do it about 20 min. a day 3-4 days a week . Stretch before and after you start any exercise. Then if you like music and dancing do that.put on the easy listening and do some slow stretching, moving and bump and grinding to get your body temp and muscles moving then put on rock and roll or whatever you like and dance. Belly dance, hip hop jumping and getting down, that's the way to get in shape all over. then slow it down to cool down before you stop. Then you can go to the YMCA and swim if you want. Depending on what you like, you can use canned food to do curls with your arms and also use your body to push away from a wall or do squats over a chair...like lap dancing but don't sit. It builds muscles in the calves and gets rid of fat in the thighs and works out the tummy. Always hold the tummy muscles in .Anytime you're just sitting around hold in the stomach muscles as long as possible than let them out. This requires nothing. Just thought and they can be done anyplace. Evan sitting. Leg lifts are good too as well as running in place. No one needs to spend money to loose weight and get in shape. You just have to move and eat right. Small frequent healthy meals and moving. No alcohol either. Oh yeah, lots of water. take it with you wherever you go. It will flush you out and keep you from craving food. It is filling and good for you.

If you want, here is what I did and still do to get healthy. Hopefully it can help!
1. NEVER EVER ate sugar. It's a poison that makes us older, sicker, fatter and tired...all things we dont want. Seriously, sugar is the one who does the dirty work in weight gain. 2. Drink ALOT of water. 2-3 liters a day. The more the merrier! We need about half our body weight in ounces JUST for regular body functions! When you feel thirsty, that means you are already dehydrated and lose brain function. Water flushes toxins from your fat cells and keeps you younger.
3. Exercise!!! So very important. Here http://www.healthandstrength.net/abexe.htm... are my favorite ab exercises. I also do cardio 4-5 days a week for about 30 minutes a time.
4. Eat less. How many calories do you think is in that burger or that plate of fries or in that handful of chips. What about overfilling our plates? If you go here http://www.healthandstrength.net/qofweek.htm... I wrote something about saving on calories and losing weight.
5. Go to sleep before 10pm. Your body starts repairing and rebuilding and speeding up weight loss while you sleep only if you sleep at about 10pm. If you are awake and go to bed at 12, you miss out on that very important time. 6. BE POSITIVE. Be thankful every day and love yourself
7. BE CONSISTANT! That I think is the KEY to losing weight. So what if you went a week and only lost a pound...or didnt lose any...KEEP going. DON'T stop. This is a lifelong commitment, so stick to it and one day you will open your eyes and need a new wardrobe!

Drink a lot of water everyday day, eat a lot of fiber (granola, oranges, grapefruit, etc..) every day, and exercise everyday.
Stay away from High Fructose Corn syrup which is in almost everything that is artificially sweetened. If you must drink pop, then drink diet pop, but water is best. Green tea is also real healthy and speeds up your metabolism.
You may actually seem to gain a bit of weight when you begin to drink a lot of water, but after your body flushes itself and rehydrates itself then you will begin to loose weight, especially with high fiber intake and exercise.
Don't eat fast food!!!!!!!!! Carry granola bars for snacks and buy a bottle of water to drink.

Atkin's diet. No bread, no pasta, high protine, lots of meat, some veggies, fats are ok don't cheat with sugars or starches. I have used this diet to bring down my weight when I feel I'm getting big again.

25 pounds in 30 days with no skipped meals or special foods to eat or buy and I did not exercise. It is very easy to use as it only takes about 15 minutes a day

This is what has worked for me.
First: You can eat anything you like, but cut the quantities.
Next, you can eat more quantity if you eat healthy foods.
As my doctor once told me, "Stay Away From Package Foods".
Last: Whatever your taste desires 1/2 the portion.
Why not try this first and see how it goes?
