You can go to this site and adopt a soldier. This is an admirable thing to do, and the least we can do to show our support for these brave men.

Why is no one answering this question? Don't you care about our soldiers?

We adopted three soldiers thru operationAC.com. 2 were MPs and one was a fireman. We were happy to send them care packages, but it was weird to never hear if the packages arrived.

A more useful thing to do is to send a package of goodies [nothing that will be affected by heat - jerky is good, chocolate is bad] to Operation AC and ask them to send it to a unit. We did that and got a note from the unit commanding officer, so we know the packages arrived.

Boopee....I think it GREAT you want to get the message out to support our Troops and adopt a soldier. Hooray for you! Please put the site Address in your question so everyone can contact it. What you placed in your Q isn't a full address.

Try this one....http://www.mysoldier.com/about.htm

It's another address that will help spread the word.

Good Luck!! Spreading the word.
God Bless our Troops!

I appreciate your support as a fellow citizen and the mother of a soldier.

I'm still waiting for someone to adopt me from Vietnam. Thanks a lot America.for treating us like a "red headed stepchild". I 'm sure glad things have changed since then. God bless or troops and God bless you for thinking of them.
