has anyone ever heard of an artist by the name of Robert A.Willard?

i found a drawing signed by him it is of a 12 meter sail boat maybe in a race, it is really good but i can't find any information on him it is also dated 1971

i think you have robert A. Willard mixed with Robert F. Willard
